[CHRIS: CONFIRM WHAT SUPPORT IS INCLUDED BETWEEN SESSIONS]
One player, one change
Our son has trained with Coach Chris since he was old enough to grip a baseball. He is patient, fun, and truly knows how to properly train these kids. Our son would not be the ball player and person he is without Chris' guidance and support, both on and off the field.
[INSERT VERIFIED OUTCOME. Does not need to be a number. Better contact, fewer strikeouts, clearer practice habits all count.]
Questions parents ask
How is this different from team or group training?
[CHRIS: ANSWER THIS FAQ]
What ages and skill levels do you work with?
[CHRIS: CONFIRM AGE RANGE AND SKILL LEVELS]
How often should my player train?
About five days a week of actual baseball. That does not mean five lessons. A catch with dad in the backyard, hitting with a friend on an empty field, or five or ten minutes off a tee all count. One hour out of the whole week is not enough on its own, and what happens between sessions is what moves a player.
What should he work on between sessions?
Whatever the plan says, and it should be short enough that he will actually do it. A player with a bat in his hand every day performs better than one who does not, without the lessons and without the personalized coaching. The work does not have to be complicated. It has to be consistent and it has to be the right work.
